they're not even listed on honda's maitence schedule afaik
EDIT: 100,000 Fuel filter - replace every 100,000 miles or when fuel pressure drops below factory specifications.

only way you'd notice a diff in gas milage would be if your OEM one is SHOT which I doubt since them going bad is very very rare

not so much as going bad as getting all used up and full of ****. it would take a lot of **** in there to open the bypass valve. and if that happens unfiltered gas WILL go into you motor.

oem one will not open up to replace the old element. wow. but back to the original thread do what you want and it also depends on you application as well.

It doesn't hurt, but it's uneccesary to do so often.<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by pynikal »</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">oem one will not open up to replace the old element. wow. but back to the original thread do what you want and it also depends on you application as well.</TD></TR></TABLE>I never said the OEM would open up so you could replace the element did I? By saying it will do the same thing as OEM I was saying it will filter the fuel, just like the OEM filter. There will be no gains or losses going with either filter.
