Clutch pedal problem help!!

Default Clutch pedal problem help!!

Ok guys here the deal I have a 99 civic ex I converted from auto to manual used a 95 civic clutch pedal and I also swapped a b20b4 and used a ys1 trans with the innovative cable to hydro conversion kit well I bled system like it said well it works the salve and master and everything working right but pedal has like 2 in of free play before I feel any pressure and the clutch pressure is so stiff it's bending my pedal and moving the firewall Everytime I push pedal down so any input would b appreciated thanks guys!!

did you try adjusting the push rod where it connects to the pedal ?

So I figured out why it was flexing firewall the top bolt worked it's way out of clutch pedal where it bolts to under dash so fixed that but now that I can push pedal all the way down when I let off the pedal it doesn't fully return I can pull it another few inches back with my foot any ideas?
