Default Clutch fork

I replaced slave cylinder on master cylinder after doing so I start to bleed it an slave cylinder pops out an gets really hard am starts to leak oil from black rubber Wat is causing it to do that

The clutch fork can crack and bend near the pivot ball inside the bell housing. This causes not only the clutch won't work, but the slave cylinder will overextend and leak.
