92-95 Civic Gas Tank Lid Won't Close!

So I went and got gas the other day and I think a piece of rubber/plastic broke off on the inside of my gas tank lid and now it will not close. It stays open a couple of inches and I do not know what I need in order to fix it. I have attached of couple of pictures and any help would be appreciated. If you have the piece or know what I need please let me know.
