clock keeps restarting

Default clock keeps restarting

I changed out my clutch and now everytime I start my car the clock is gets reset. I think it its got something to do from changing my clutch because i dissconnected a few wires and also the battery but i was pretty sure i put everything back. But you can't just be to sure

which fuses should i check? my head unit is also not working. Could this be linked with clock?

backup fuse in the under hood fuse box. should be a 7.5 amp.

hahaha... No it turned out I had a spare one and both my time and head unit are working. I apperciate ur guy's help. thanks
