Default Whats wrong with my stereo?

I have a jvc stereo... and for some reason it wont save memory? I have to reset it everytime i get in the car to listen to it...

It's probably not the radio. Check your constant power wire and the fuse under the hood.

If we are talking about a g3 it's the 7.5A "backup" fuse in under hood fuse box, if it's a g2 it's fuse 14 -15A in under dash fuse box. 94

The constant wire is the one that always has power, wether your cd player is on or not (obviously so it can keep all of its presets and programs). It should be the yellow wire on the back of the receiver, not the red one. Make sure all of them are hooked up correctly and def. do what was said about checkin the fuses.
