Default Clicking noise in D16Z6 Head

I just got a D16 swap in my 92 LX and I hear like a clicking noise coming from the head. My old D15 sis the same thing. Anyone else have this and how'd you get rid of it? the engine has about 100K miles and just got a valve adjustment. Also, the engine starts pretty weak, I think I might need a new dizzy cap, what brand do you guys use? thanks in advance! Bryan

Try a valve adjustment.....If you cannot do it....which unless you have mad experience you cannot...take it to the dealership to get it done. It makes a world of difference.

Maybe whoever adjusted the valves didn't set them to the right specs? Valves out of spec usually make ticking noises.

yeah, could be screwed up valve job. I'm going to go turbo in the future and just thought about getting a port and polished head. Would this be wise or a waste of money? I've seen some on Ebay for decent prices and thought it would be a good idea considering the high miles on the engine.
