how would i go about doing this ?

i'm assuming you're talking about the VTEC (no h) solenoid screen?

3 bolts holding it on, unplug the plugs. gently pry the gasket that's holding the screen in. clean the screen, clean the gasket/surface that the gasket will go up against on the head. put the 3 bolts back in, plug it in. bada-bing...one cleaned screen.
