u might wanna try armorall
I know it might sound gay, but that ****'s goodddd
use it on my GTI's interior when I clean it, makes everything shine and smells nice
cleans the leather seats and the vinal dash really nicely, anyways, if ur afraid to use windex on it b/c it's plastic that might work...then again, u might wann alook into that to see if that would hurt it :-\

Re: (B18CivicEH2)
rubbing compund should work, if it didnt you werent rubbing hard enough, wet sanding with 2000 grit wetsanding paper then compounding will work
armorall does nothing but ruin things, it makes dashes crack, and it will not help in the case of the clear visors, its hard plastic therefore it will not absorb the armor all

when i tried the rubbing compound it did bring the visors to a shine but didnt really reduce the cloudy-ness (for lack of a better term). I will have to try the wetsanding

Re: (Eran)
I used meguires plastic cleaner and polish on mine. I bought mine used and they were pretty faded. Sorry for the bad pic, but you can see the difference between the one I cleaned and the one I didnt.
