Sure is. Use the shampoo for cleaning couches and also use a de-foamer so you don't have a soggy seat for days.

so this doesn't harm the suede leather at all? like the way a fleece jacket looks after too many times in the washing machine?

if it's alcantara, you should have no problems.

if it's suede, i would choose the solvents, if you choose to use any, very carefully. if you dry out the preservatives in the suede, you will have problems down the road.
