Cleaning engine - temperature precautions?
Going to simple green and pressure wash the engine this weekend, maybe gunk as well.
I know to cover the diz, battery, intake. Anything else to cover?
Also, do I have to worry about the engine temperature? Do I have to let it cool off at all? (D16z)

I prefer to let it cool down. I have seen cracked exhaust manifolds before.
Spark plug holes. Don't let water get down them.

Some say with a hot motor the greese will wash off easier but I personally let the motor cool down before washing it off.
