Default Civic runs only on obd2

Ive been searching this for awhile and can't find an answer to my specific problem, and its really frustrating cause i can't use my car

I recently swapped my 94 b20b out of my delsol into a 97 civic coupe that recently had a running b18. My b20 ran great in my delsol, but when i swapped it in the civic, it runs terrible. I plugged everything up and the only way it runs is when i use an obd2 ecu, (p2e) it misfires and i think its cause of the crank sensor. And when i use an obd1 ecu the fuel pump won't kick on. Ive tried a few differen't engine harnesses, and none work. I bought a new skunk2 jumper harness doesn't work. Took harness/dizzy out of an identical civic and it doesn't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No. An OBD1 ECU wont even look for a CKF sensor. I'd say either bad ECU or jumper harness.

tried multiple jumper harnesses, including a brand new skunk2, and the ecu works in the identical civic i mentioned earlier, so i know its not that.
