Civic mini me question...

Civic mini me question...
Sorry if this has already been asked, but i did a search and found nothing. Alos have no clue what EG civic is, so i hope 93 civic goes into this forum. ANyway...
A friend of mine has a 93 civic cx. Its like the hf of the crx, slow as *****. Well, i heard about swapping a vtec head on hf, but that you cant do it because of there only being to valve releifs on the pistons. But i also heard the cx had 4 valve reliefs on the pistons. Would a mini me be possible with a cx. If so, what else would i need to do besides just swap the head. I know how to do it on my crx si, but no on a cx. Any info is appreciated, thanx.

I don't know if you can use the CX block, might be the same as the DX block though. Not sure. But to do this swap, in my experience....you would need (in general) a DX block and a EX head d16z6. Experimenting only results in experience. If you want, give it a try and see what happens. Good luck!
