Civic Aerodeck Chassis Stiffening
Had no idea where to post this but i thought this would be the best place.
if you don't know what an aerodeck is, here's mine: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread/2221501
i'm looking to stiffen the chassis somehow as it flex's and rolls too much.. I know i can use a rear anti-roll bar from an MG ZS, so that's on the list to buy. I'm not sure how i'd benefit from fitting a rear strut bar?..
one of the things i was planning on doing was to fabricate up an X brace sort of thing on the underside of the chassis fitting between the front and rear axles.. would this do much as it would only be horizontal stiffening and very low down?..
Don't particularly want to fit a roll cage as such but i guess i could do, although i wouldn't want to remove the rear seats.. any ideas?
