Default civic 26-28 hg vacuun at idle

hi guys, I know low vacuum cause idle issues related to leaks. But what means a high vacuum read at idle 26-28 hg.

Any in specific to check?

b16a3 engine.
Civic ex 98

Although the number is actually negative, the gauge I use shows positive number. Just mentally put a - in front of the number, if that'll help you. Auto Meter 2610
