Default City Lights?

Alright I've been around the honda scene for quite some time and cant seem to figure out what the hell city lights are. I realize their JDM but I have no idea what the hell people are referring to.

I've been looking to go back to stock headlight's for a while now. I bought a hatch that has the TYC One Piece Headlight's installed on it and they look great but as far as the light output/adjustability goes.....they just about suck at life in general. So if you guys could help me out with this sub-par nub question that would be great, thanks.

they are little light bulbs located under the main bulb inside the housing that u can turn on when in a city area. since there are enough lights around in big cities in japan there's no need in blinding others by having ur main lights on, therefore, the japs thought of something called city light

Another random question. If I was to purchase some JDM headlight's with city lights, are they compatible with HID's?

What are good housings? Like I said I have the TYC'S but I've spent more hours adjusting those ******* projector's than I have actually working on my motor lol. Let me know some good suggestions other than stockie's, thanks.

I've heard going with projector housings are the only way to get a good HID line without all the glare.. you may want to search up HIDs or talk to jdmlyfestyle who has done many HID conversions onto civics.
