Default Chipping A ECU

Is it worth it to chip a car?

my car is a 92 lx automatic.
here is the chip i am looking at.

Definitely not. Those "one size fits all" chips are a waste of time, and will likely only cause your engine to run extremely rich.

ok...thanks...Do you know of any great ways to increase HP that are: cheap, easy to do, wont kill my MPG?

An inexpensive eBay intake wouldn't be a bad option.
