Default CHIPPED ECU QUESTION

will a chipped obd1 pr4 ecu with a hondadata s100 work on a obd1 b16a??

any obd 1 ecu will start a obd 1 car. I'm running a pr4 with a d15b8 while i look for a replacement. My car runs like ***, but i can still drive it and get where i need to get.

you need to have the ecu converted to work with vtec

so my vtec wouldnt work?? how would i be able to know? doesnt the hondata s100 convert it?

hondata allows you to control vtec in a vtec capable ecu

so there is no possible way for the ls pr4 computer to be converted to vtec? and if there is, how would i be able to identify it?
