Here's a quick overview of my problem:

Stock D15B7, ran good with no CEL. Swapped into another car, when you start the car it sputters for 3-4 seconds and then the CEL comes on. After that it runs & drives OK, but still has a miss at idle both cold & warm.

When I jump the 2-pin connector and turn the key on to check codes, the CEL stays solid and doesn't shows any codes.

Here's what I've checked/changed:

* Distributor
* ECU
* Plugs & wires
* Checked grounds
* Checked vacuum lines
* Changed timing belt when motor was pulled (triple-checked to make sure it wasn't one-tooth off)

I'm just about stumped for ideas, so any suggestions would be appreciated
