Cheapest but most reliable way to turbo an H22A
I have a 98 honda civic ek with the jdm H22A. I am wanting to turbo it soon but i need help on figuring out what all i need. I am only getting a t3/t4 turbo and only using about psi. I dont know if i need new injectors or a new fuel pump or what?

You should talk to your local tuner. That is what's going to really matter in the end. Not the opinion of a bunch of strangers on the internet. But yes, you are going to have to have new injectors, new fuel pump, etc.
The key to a reliable turbo setup is a good tune and don't go overboard on the stock engine. ARP head studs will help keep everything together, as well as a fresh headgasket.
PSI doesn't so much matter, because different trim turbos will produce different power at different psi. I'm sure h22's on stock blocks are good for 250-300whp. Start there, 250whp is plenty of power.

Actually, BEFORE ou go talk to the tuner do as much research as you can.
For instance; read the FAQ here
https://honda-tech.com/forums/forced-induction-16/
Then click the link in my sig.
Once you are able to piece together your own kit to fit your horsepower goals (not PSI) THEN go to the tuner and talk about what engine management to use.
You should ask a moderator to move this thread to teh FI forum.
Understand this. THERE IS NO WAY TO TURBO A CAR CHEAP AND RELIABLY. Turbos are expensive. The tune alone can run anywhere from $300-$500.
