Default changing a tired

i feel like an idiot asking this question but im trying to remove one of the rear tires and i cant get the damn wheel off the car. i took all the lug nuts off and i cant get it off even if i pull on it hard enough to almost knock the car off the jack. There is a silver thing in the middle of the wheel and idk if that has something to do with it not coming off, but i cant figure it out

Hit the tire with your fist really hard. It should knock it loose.

losely install one lug and kick the wheel..should pop right off. Surface rust is just holding the wheel up

If its not a expensive wheel just get on the back of the rim and tap it with a big *** Hammer. Spray some PB around the area where It's seized.
