Default Changing Clock Spring, Question..

I have an 93 SI. My horn does not work and my SRS light came up. Everyone is telling me that my clock spring is done. Can I get a clock spring without cruise control or does it have to have it?? CC was removed from my car when the swap was done.

I had this same question a long time ago but since then I just ripped it out and still have my light on. But I was quoted at a shop for around 500$ for a fix

Sounds like a bad cable reel. Airbag been inflated at all? Even if it hasn't it is a typical problem and would cause a faulty horn and cruise control to not function. I guess you could remove it but it wont fix the light. Without it,your srs functions wont work and the light stays on
