Default CEL Problem

I have a CEL come on usualy when i slow down and i'm still in gear or even just randomly when i drive...anyways i pulled out the code and went on the thread for ecu codes i cant seem to figure out what my code is!...


3 7 10 7
!!!...!!!!!!!...long flash...!!!!!!!


can anyone tell me what this code means?....
i have a 93 civic coupe with a d15b

ok those numbers confuse me

long flashes = 10, short flashes = 1

so if its long long long short short. thats a 32.

3 MAP - manifold absolute pressure sensor
7 TPS - throttle position sensor
17 VSS - speed sensor
