Default CEL O2 SENSOR HELP

OK so i just bought a 99 ex coupe and it has headers on it, im gettin a cel for the o2 sensor and i need an inspection. the o2 sensor on it has been hacked up already, it goes from the regular 4 wires to like house wiring going all in the back of the engine were its connected. i dont see a second o2 sensor underneath but theres no code for that o2 its just for the one on the headers. is there any kind of way i ca get something to take the light off. is there like an o2 sensor delete? or somtin like that. i found somtin a while ago on disabling the o2 sensor but i can find it again. if anyone has any suggestions please let me know thanx

im not sure if it will work for the first one seeing most people use it to fix the second one.
