Default Cel codes

I have a quick question and sorry if it's been answered already but I'm on a time crunch with school and such. I was wonderin if swappin a 96-00 ex motor into my eg would show the cel light for codes 1, 3, 6 and 10 because the motors runnin kind of rough, and I was wonderin if one of those could be the problem.

i am a little confused, are you saying that you have those four codes being thrown (in which case yes your car will def. run rough) or i am assuming you are asking will your obd1 ecu monitor those sensors. The answer is yes your ecu will throw a code if there is a problem with one of those sensors. If it is running rough and you don't have a cel then you most likely have a vacuam leak.

sorry if it was a big vague. i meant the ecu is throwing all four of those codes and i'm wondering if it might be due to the difference in the harness and motor because i have a 94 coupe and the motor is from a 96-00 ex. it is runnin a little rough cuz when i cold start it the idle bounces back and forth from 1k to 1.5k until its warmed up and then sometimes it'll idle below 1k when its warmed up. cold starting the car is also tough at times
