cel 73 on a 00 si
its said to have a cylinder misfire on the #3 piston what to do and what could of caused this and now at idle it seems to die as if it is misfiring but going at highway speeds it does just fine no loss in power or backfires

Do you have any way to check fuel pressure?
Check your injector:
0 ring isn't leaking
connection is tight on the injector
Have you ran some cleaner through it recently?

injectors dont seem to be leaking and all conections are good
what would i check fuel pressure with?
and i ran some injector cleaner threw it about 2 tanks ago
at idle the car runs like it has high lift cams
