Default 00 civic SI running on 3 cyl..

Hi everyone, i searched all the possibilities, replaced everything that i could but i'm still running on 3 cyl.
when i first started having problems i read the codes and i had O2s, cyly 1 and cly 3 misfiring, tps sensor. etc.
i replaced everything and now the only code in the ecu is cyl 3 misfire. i replaced the injector and still doing it, the injector harness is good too, but when the car is running i unplug the injector harness on cly 3 and there is no change on the idleling as with the other 3 cyl you can feel the car almost dies. what else can i check?
thanks in advance.

Wow...did you actually read any of what he said?

at oP:
Sounds like your harness is NOT good. Check the plug/change the plugs, just put a different plug in #3 and see if it continues. If it still continues, and you've replaced the #3 injector with a known working injector, the next step would be to check your injector harness. If a wire is broken going from the harness to injector 3, that can cause it to not inject. It really does sound like a harness issue though, if it's not the plug, it's the harness. Just because the other 3cyl are working doesn't mean you can just rule out the whole harness.

well i got new spark plugs and wires, full tune up. after i put the new injector, and it was still doing it, i switched the injector hardness from another cly and pluged it to that one and it was still doing it. then the one from the one that wasn't working into a working one and it worked fine, so that told me that the wires were ok, wouldn't it? does all this makes sense?
thanks for the help thou.

the #3 cylinder should have a light blue wire and and black and yellow wire.

use a volt meter, set it to continuity. check for continuity between the blue wire at the injector clip to the ecu. #3 injector goes to B4

the check to make sure the yellow wire is getting grounded properly at the drivers side shock tower plug. the plug with all the yellow wires in it.

is that works, then your wiring is fine. did you replace the injector with a known good one? try swapping the injector from #4 to #3. see if the missfire moves to #4.

Yeah, I meant like, swap the injector, see if cyl 4 misfires, or it's still in 3
