Just wondering what else could cause this cel?... i scoped all my injectors and they seem to be fine.. its ****ing wierd i thought i kept having an issue with one of the piggybacks so i changed it out. (my 4th cylinder would stop firing - no fuel) and the car ran fine.. then it started misfiring again this time with a code 16. just figured i would pick someones brain here.

btw piggyback is what i call the electrical clip to the injector

Have you measured the resistance of the fuel injectors? Do they all get battery voltage? Do you measure continuity on the wire running between each injector connector and the ECU? If all are fine, try swapping in a known good ECU.
