I just installed new injectors and 30 minutes later I get CEL #16

I just installed new injectors and 30 minutes later I get CEL #16
The google search gives me "16 - Fuel Injector System Defective or malfunctioning Fuel Injector System".
I just installed ford probe injectors. It gave me the ECL about 40 minutes after installation. The ohm meter told me that had 12 ohms of resistance. So I didnt use resistors like I did for my DSMs. Does this mean that my injectors are no compatible or does it mean that one is dead?
