CEL - Code 16 - Fuel Injectors

CEL - Code 16 - Fuel Injectors
Hi Everyone,
The CEL came on in my car, sometimes a 3500rpm rev limit cuts in. The code is 16 - fuel injectors. The CEL comes on about 2 seconds after being started.
Resistance measures 11.2 - 11.5 ohms for each injector.
Noid light indicates that the injectors are getting a pulse from the ECU.
Is there anything else that could be causing this problem?
The car is a 2000 civic w/ a b20z. chipped p28 running b18b code w fuel & ignition tuning via crome.
I am going nuts here - please help!
