Car wont start, help needed

Car wont start, help needed
I'm posting this here also because I have a JSPEC Civic engine and I need help.
I have a 1990 Integra Hybrid with a 1995 Jspec B16A.
Whenever I try to start my car it just cranks and cranks and cranks. At first my father thought it was the fuel tank, but after troubleshooting a little we saw there was fuel pressure and fuel getting to AT LEAST the little full thing in the engine bay(not sure exact name) as when we loosened the bolts gas came out.. I checked all my fuses they all seem good( The ones under the steering wheel and the one set in the engine bay)
Is there possibly another fuse we are missing? Or any other suggestions? Things I could do to come up with the solution.. I'm in a wicked rush as first day of tech school for me early monday morning, didn't expect my car to die on holloween =\

distributor going bad? bad coil? bad coil wire? do you have spark at the spark plugs. Pull one out, hook it up to it's wire, ground one side to the car somewhere, and have somebody crank the car. If you don't get spark, there's your problem.

Ok, ive narrowed it down to spark. Have no spark.. the cap over the coil has a little metal thing on a spring on the top inside that goes into a small hole.. Is there any way to test if its the coil or the cap?

I have a prob with my dizzy on my y8. The bolts that you loosen/tighten the dizzy on with, arc with sparks to the head heh. I bought a used dizzy for $50 from my friend's car and everything should be good now. Shop said that some part of the grounding inside my dizzy was bad. Good luck man, troubleshooting dizzy probs is a bitch.
