Ok i Just swapped a motor in my friends 97 hatch..We just swapped back in a stock D16y7 motor and when we tryed to start it after he drove it around it acted like it wasent getting fuel...I would have to keep giving it gas to get it to start running normal...Everything as far as i know is hooked up right and it runs good just a hard time starting it....Any help would be koo...Thanks

put a timing light on the engine and turn it over, if the light lights up your getting fire. If your getting fire pull your spark plugs and put a bit of gas (oz) in each cylinder then re install. if it start/trys to start and then dies your not getting gas. if that doesnt work its timing or compression
