What is the stock rev limit on a 92 CX with the stock D15

I always seem to think the CX has a rev limit that is a lot lower, somehwhere around the neighborhood of 5500?

i was just seeing if my tach was right. It says i hit it at about 6,300

Well there is a tachometer, I believe the one for the VX model Civic, that has the redline at 6,000 RPM. But, the VX is a VTEC-E motor, which is different from the 8-valve CX motor. But, they do share the same transmission. I don't know where I'm going with this, but maybe since both of these cars were built for fuel economy and not crazy JDM revving

, their redline is lower and rev limit is lower aswell.
