Your rear main seal could be bad causing oil to leak onto your clutch and then causing smoke after running it hard. You might also have a transmission front main seal go bad causing oil to leak onto the clutch, causing smoke. Pull the inspection plate on the transmission and verify if you have an oil leak in that area. Based on what you're telling us, this is where I'd start looking. You could also have the O-ring on the distributor leaking causing oil to run down the backside of the motor and either onto the exhaust, or again seeping into the clutch area. Good luck.

well there you go. always start by checking the things most recently done to the car= new distributor=not installed right=leaking oil onto exhaust and/or into trans area onto clutch.
