You could have gotten a bad remanufactured axle. Did you get one that had a new outer joint or on that was just repaired? You could also have lost a wheel weight. I chased this problem for a year before the place I got the bad drive shaft replaced it under warranty

i think it was just remanufactured.. not sure .. thats what they told me. plus it was a 94 gsr axle. it fits perfectly but after i was done it just started shaking. o yea and i forgot to add that its a b16a2 tranny. if it makes any difference

the trans doesn't make a difference. Any shaft you get will be remanufactured.....but some are better then others. Tell the parts store you want the cv axle replaced under warranty. Tell them you want a cv axle that has a new outer joint on it........ you might pay a little bit more. Be ready to get one that could be better, the same, or worse. If that doesn't fix it you could pony up the extra $$ and get a reman from the dealer.
