car losing power
At about a fourth of a tank of gas the car seems to start losing power and will sometimes even lose all power ie i will hit the gas and no power at all. this does not happen till im at around a fourth of a tank and was wondering what it could be. it has now progressed and now my car is at a half tank and i can barely start it and when i do i dont make it far before it dies

sound like the exact problem i am having im not very good with cars so any hint on where i could find the fuel pick up screen and mayby if possible a more dumbed down version of explaining how he fixed this? i have a 2000 civic si (forgot to mention that...)

it ended up being the ignitors and the ignition coils i think is what he said but he also said my spark plugs were almost in need of changing so he is those as well

my car loses power too but instead it feels like not enough fuel is goin to the car the acceleration is way down on inclines i try to downshift but nothing it still dies down and my check engine light comes on once and a while...a friend of mine said it was my MAP sensor any ideas?
