Default can anyone tell me what this is?

I did my rear disc conversion over an year ago on my ek4, part came from an 00 si. this bushing was tear when i put it on, now my rear feels very bumpy and my wheel alignment doesn't stay long. car has 108k on it right now, should i replace the shocks and suspensions, the control arm or this particular bushing?? I just don't want to have a bumpy ride, i'll go the most economic way. and by the way is it time to change my o2 sensors? thanks in advance

Just change the bushing...on both sides.
There is no Honda part number for this bushing (honda wants you to change the whole arm = stupid).
You have to buy Mugen bushings, instead:
http://www.kingmotorsports.com...num=3
Rear Trailing Arm Set - 2 Piece Set [52385-XE9-S0N0]
$115
You will need a special tool to install these (or not, I didnt use one) - There is a board member who rents it (search for it)
Do NOT get polyurethane mounts!

How are any of us supposed to know if you need to change your o2 sensors????

Some Honda dealers still don't carry the bushings, no reason was given why. But I've had better luck with Acura.

Good choice. Like, I mean, it's not like the Honda part is made for Hondas or anything.
