Default bwarrrrrr, POW... hchhhhhhhh. wtf?

How many of you guys have ever broken a turbo?

A few weeks ago, I heard my turbo making a funny noise, like that of an electric motor whirring(apart from the normal spooling). It's a garrett t3 42/48. It was being fed properly, and didn't have any shaft play.

Just an hour ago, I was doing some spirited driving, and I heard a POW, followed by what sounded like a skateboard wheel rolling whenever I floored it, and my boost gauge not showing any boost. What happened?

That was what I was about to tell you to look for. I had that happen on more than one occasion.

On my old 60-1, it was quite the loud pop when it would blow one off.

I told you to flare the ends of your connectors a little so that wouldn't happen.
