Default burning oil

hey i have a 1993 cx... all stock with about 135k miles. i recently blew my head gasket and ever since i replaced the head gasket my car has been burning oil like crazy. i've been losing about 1 quart every week which is about 250-350 miles. i checked for leaks and everything and that is not the problem. it is burning oil for sure. any ideas??

what color is exhaust is it emitting, what does it smell like more than likely burning it, have you checked your fluid colors, coolant/oil
