If u are over, just go under your car and drain some oil out. problem solve. You can blow out a head gasket by putting too much oil in the engine. You can tell if the head gasket went bad if you see white smoke coming out of car and there is oil leaks all over ur block.

the car is smoking a minimal very tiny bit...noone would notice driving but i notice when im in it. ive only driven the car 10 or 12 miles with it 1 quart over. i know how to drain oil but would it make it smoke.

Does it smoke? Put the oil back at the level its supposed to be at. If you have no problems now, you won't have any after you fix the problem.

We posted at the same time, I didn't see your post. Just fix the oil level and see if it still smokes.

Hell yeah it will ! it will smoke blueish smoke! Happened to stupid *** me once when i just added oil and didnt check the level.Just drain it dude
