I have no idea what your talking about, and no idea what your installing this on. But, i didnt need any special things when i lowered my car.

It depends on how much you're lowering your car and what shock you're using, but sometimes you need to trim your bumpstops.

Depending on how much, you may need to cut your bumpstops. Most companies (reputable ones anyway) will indicate in the instructions how much and where to trim your bump stops if it is at all necessary.

i have eibach sportlines and the instructions said to cut the bumpstops 35mm
i just cut them in half.

yes you need to trim yours, you HAVE to on anything around a 2"
i rode around on a 1.7" drop without triming my bump stops, and it was the worst ride ive ever been in. Cut the 2 smaller diameter lumps off each corner, and it rode 10x better.
you dont need replacements, they act like pillows when your shock has ran out of travel, getting stiffer ones will probably cause back injury

Your S.Tech's will come with instructions, including how to cut the bumpstop depending on your year.
