They are just pulleys that replace the pulleys on the alternator and on the power steering pump. So I think the answer to your question is yes.

I don't know, I wouldn't think it would be very much at all, I'd be more worried about your alternator not charging your battery as well anymore than I would about the supposed power gains. But maybe someone on H-T will chime in with some experience.

Unles you're running some bad *** sound system, there should be no issue with under driving you're alternator. I also agree with previous posters that you won;t have a noticable gain but I would install them if you found a set cheap (especially if you're running a super charger).
