Default Brothers civic wont start

My brothers civic will not start. He's retarded when it comes to cars so I'm trying to give him a hand but I too am at a loss and I dont know much about hondas. The engine is getting no spark whatsoever on any cylinders, so I checked the fuse for the ignition coil, its good. All the spark plug wires seem to be in top shape. Whats the next step?

If there is fuel getting to the piston then it is in your distributor. I had that same problem with no spark but there was fuel and power getting to the distributor just none coming out. Go to ebay, they have whole distributors for $200 which is how much the ignitor module is at Honda.

Any reason why the distributor would go bad after sitting in the garage for 1 maybe 2 weeks?

if the rotor isnt spinning it could also be a timing belt.

Figured it out. Doing a little investigation of the fuses in the cabin we discovered a switch. Turns out the previous owner had a fuel/ignition cut off installed that he decided not to tell us about.

That doesnt make any sense. The switch magically switched itself off?
