Default .....Broken Valve Cover Bolt.....???

So when I was installing my new valve cover I snapped off one of the bolts that holds it down to the head . Anyways how much should I expect to get this fixed at my local honda dealership? Is this difficult to do or could I fix this myself?
TIA

ok so what do you do when the threads in the hole get messed up? My buddy took his valve cover off and when he went to put it back on he must not of had one of the bolts right and it messed it up.
