Default Brake Problem after relocation

So I recently relocated brake lines using braided hoses and there are no leaks and the pedal has no give but with the car bled multiple times the brake pedal goes almost to the floor. The car stops fine and I can make the tires skid if I want but the pedal goes almost all the way to the floor especially with the booster vacuum line hooked up and has me worried. The booster and proportioning valve are stock but the lines and the Master cylinder aren't. The master cylinder is something I had laying around its a 1 in and I believe its from an integra or something similar. My question is could the length of the lines have something to do with this or is it because I used a different master cylinder

What is the ID of the line you used? Yes, it matters.

when replacing lines I would bleed it, drive it, then bleed it some more.

Assuming you did everything right, the master cylinder would be shot. Again, you could have made a mistake somewhere. I hear about it and see it a lot now. People mingle with their brakes and botched 1 tiny detail, causing the most important system on the car to fail.
