Default Brake help

I have a '93 CX with rear drums. So far I have replaced the ebrake cables, shoes, drums, and spring kit. I had the brake calipers inspected to make sure they were good and they are. So why isn't my ebrake working. I have adjusted it to what the service manual says, and still no luck. I am about ready to put a line lock on it so I can do a burnout at the track.

adjust the drums... there's a little gear in the top middle portion of the drum... it's kinda hard to see but you will see it.. it's the only gear in there... use a screwdriver and move it to tighten... once you can't put the drum back on, then you move it a few notches at a time and retest until the drum can fit
