Default boosting, why so much fuel pressure for stock injectors?

I know this topic should be in forced induction but it was saying not authorized....

b16 head, supertech springs/retainers HP valves, ctr cam, 2 layer gasket about 10:8:1 compression..
stock bottom end

Just something I dont understand too well....why do I need such a high fuel pressure for my stock injectors 240cc? my setup will have a 190lph walbro pump, msd inline, and a 12:1 fmu...to me it seems a little too much, im gonna boost at 6psi,....my fuel pressure is at 36psi stock, so that fmu 12 x6psi boost = 72 + 38psi = 110 fuel psi.....is there anything I can remove from this setup? cars with DSM injectors and sfc tuning are about 80-90 psi at most? maybe less? so why do I need so much pressure? cant I turn it down with an FPR? please fill me in or let me know what i can remove...

dont run a fmu, your car will run like ****

get a piggy back (crome, neptune, hondata, etc.) and tune it
