input on vortech with stock injectors + fuel pressure
I have a vortech FMU to use with my custom turbo set up. I will only be running the stock injectors and maybe 6psi.
what can I expect my fuel pressure to be like and will I be maxing out the injectors?
I would like to get an SFMU but I got the votech with the disk kit for 100 canadian.
Some input on this would be appreciated.

Re: input on vortech with stock injectors + fuel pressure (Hybrid)
not to flame but this has been covered a million times
stock injectors+12:1 FMU= BOSCH INLINE PUMP
it will still flow enough to provide fuel at these high pressures..
yes pressures will be extreme
no your stock pump will not be suffiecient
no a walbro intank will not be sufficient

Re: input on vortech with stock injectors + fuel pressure (Giuseppe)
hey man i run a drag3 setup on a 2000si, my motor is built and i run 7.5to1 compression. i have the stock injectors vortec fpr and walbro pump. i turned the boost to 17psi just to have a quick go at it. well the car totally runs out of full at about 14=15psi. this did not do any damage to my motor (via compression check and leak down check) and im sure this is only because my compression is so low. but to answer your question any boost over 13psi is not gonna happen without it costing you your engine, its just not worth it. stay under 8psi and play it safe, or get hondata
