Default blue smoke means>>???

i have a freshly build b20 vtec the first couple of miles where find and them one day i decided to take it for a road trip. the next day when i came to a stop sigh i see all kinds of blue smoke coming from my car and ill i have is i/h/e with a fuel pressure regulator set a 45psi just wondering if i should worry or just breaking in thingy?

Kinda hard to understand. How many miles were on the motor when it started smoking?

The first miles there should have been smoke from all the lubrication used during assembly

did you tune your car after the rebuild? what kind of rebuild you talking about? new pistons, rods, head, cams and all the good stuff? if so you were suppose to have a break in period. seems like your rings might of not seat in properly and you are burning oil

found out that it is my rings and that i didnt seat the rings in right
but any ways guys thaknz for the help
