IMO i wouldnt get any of them.. they run pig rich and run aggressive timing.. usually u gotta have specific mods to get anything out of the ECU..
And Im sure you know that No matter what 2 engines with the same exact mods will run completely different. and these chips are 1 set program so there is no possible way its going to make you happy with the kind of money you are going to spend on them.
You can buy a ECU From someone on the board and have it chipped and run decent. But You need some Crome, Uber or Hondata and a Tuner to get the Maximum Performance out of your car.

I say just go buy hondata and have your car tuned w/ that. it's the only way you're gonna see those numbers you expect. Also I wouldn't trust any of those chips that they're gonna put in your ecu.

damn, all that $ on a type R and ur gonna use a $20 1 program advanced fuel map based single program???
Despite not using Hondata, I have a belief that it's a waste of money, get a burnable chip, install it, and run Crome or some other free program, serve just as good as Hondata..

i would just get a chipped ecu with a data link port and have john burn you a chip... im not sure how much exactly it will cost (thats why i put the link up there) but its not as much as hondata

You say hondata is too expensive compared to the other people... You have to remember you get what you pay for, and hondata is top of the line. I guarantee you won't see the numbers with that other company like you would w/ hondata.

numbers are based on the tuner. in the hands of an expert, Crome/Uberdata/Hondata will produce the same numbers.
IMO Crome is the best way to go. For the price of a hondata setup you can have Crome Pro and a wideband setup that you can do anything with.
